Contemporary design makes an impression here – from the striking light that stretches on the façade from street to sky, to optimized layouts that make living feel smart and savvy, to the amenities that perfectly balance your lifestyle. Eleven combines an appreciation for style and substance with a renting state of mind.
Challenge Accepted: Our mission was to fill every unit in this property. Through the power of creative campaigns, we helped people envision themselves living their best life in the vibrant Beltline area.
Brand Strategy
Brand identity is about crafting a personality that amplifies the core elements to brand's DNA. The new brand story described the intersection of contemporary culture with rich history, in a style as unique as the neighbourhood itself.

Through a joint effort with Intergulf, we have successfully crafted a striking and fully immersive storyboard for the digital narrative of Eleven. Our refreshed brand story centers on the bustling Beltline area – highlighting the dynamic connections and rich stories woven into its vibrant community. Get ready to experience a captivating, true-to-life depiction of Eleven’s brand that you won’t want to miss!
Creating a Tight-Knit Community at Eleven and the Beltline.
At Eleven, we understand that residents want more than just a place to live – they want a genuine human connection with both their living space and community. That’s why we developed a community within Eleven and the Beltline community, with the purpose of enhancing the well-being and sense of pride of our residents.
One of the ways we accomplished this was by creating monthly events exclusively for Eleven residents. These events allowed us to establish powerful emotional connections with our residents and community vendors.
We believe that community-building is a long-term process that requires care and consistency. At its core, it’s about relationship building, and strong relationships need time and trust to flourish.
